Common questions

This is a one-time run. We have 1,234 tanks and the infrastructure to print, prep, and ship them. Once they're sold, we're done. No backorders, no second batch, no future sale. This is it. We wanted to make something special, limited, and permanent.
You get the 20-gallon glass tank (24.17″ L × 12.68″ W × 17.32″ H) with your custom-printed vinyl background already applied to the back. That's it — no lid, no filter, no heater, no accessories. We leave those to you so you build exactly the setup you want. Our free setup guide links to everything we recommend.
Upload your photo during the order form. We'll send you a digital proof sized to your tank's exact back dimensions (approximately 24″ × 17″) for approval before we print anything. Best results: photos at least 1,500px wide, landscape orientation. We can work with most images and will flag any quality concerns before printing.
We ship to all 48 continental US states. Alaska and Hawaii — reach out before ordering so we can quote freight accurately. We do not currently ship internationally.
Each tank is packed with corner foam inserts, foam side padding, and double-boxed for transit. If your tank arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it, no questions asked. Glass breakage is rare but we have you covered.
Standard backgrounds: 4–7 business days from order. Custom photo orders: 6–9 business days (includes proof approval time). Shipping transit time depends on your location from our Houston, TX warehouse. Tracking provided as soon as your order ships.
Yes — the vinyl is applied to the outside back of the glass and never contacts the water or fish. It's UV-resistant so it won't fade under aquarium lighting, and it's applied using the same method professional aquarium installers use.
Custom photo orders are non-refundable once printing begins (we send a proof first so you can approve). Standard background orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery if the tank is unused and undamaged — buyer pays return shipping. Damaged-in-transit tanks are replaced at no cost.
